HP V193

Hi everyone. Last Sunday, my second monitor (an HP V193 monitor) was working fine. I put the computer to Sleep and, when I turned it back on, this HP V193 display is very "scrambled" looking to the point that it's unusable, but the mouse and Settings Menu display fine. This leads me to believe it must be a graphics issue - but I can play some pretty high-end games just fine (Diablo 4 on high settings, for example). So is it this old monitor's graphics driver?

I've restarted my computer, and attempted to update drivers (Device Manager -> Monitors, of course this isn't helpful). I've also tried going to HP's website and using their tool/app and, this too, was unhelpful, saying it didn't detect any HP products.

I realize this monitor is 10 years old, but I don't think it's entirely crapped out. If it had, why would the "Settings" menu display properly? I'd really appreciate any help you all could give me on this. Thanks.
