I wish I had an answer for you, but I can't think of anything else to try. The BIOS settings that you tried are what I would have recommended.

@Anu0512, welcome to the forum.
I feel your frustrations.
The first thing to check is to see if the motherboard has UEFI or a standard/Legacy BIOS. HP didn't begin using UEFI until mid-October, 2012. If it is Legacy the video card will not work.
If it is UEFI, does the video card have additional power connectors? If so, are they connected?

Hi,
Thank you very much for the reply, I really appreciate. I system is ON now. It was due to power problem. Sorry I was busy with problem
Man believe me when I changed the Power Supply it can't be fit due precise holes for HP power supply and there 18 Pin motherboard connector. Really HP made system in that way, the only HP parts can be fitted.
I have few questions:
- How I can check UEFI or a standard/Legacy BIOS thing.
- I have old version of BIOS should I update to newer version? But I don’t want messed up my GPU.
This what mention in new version of BIOS
“The following enhancements have been made in BIOS version 03.90:
This release improves security of UEFI code and variables and includes mitigation for the following vulnerabilities. HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to these updated BIOS versions which supersede all previous releases.”
- My BIOS information, I retrieve this details via software Aida 64:

Compaq BIOS Ownership Tag

Thank you for the additional information, @Anu0512.
The motherboard does have Compaq EFI which is the same as UEFI. This is good.
Now, here is a possible option to make the power supply work. You can contact the seller to see what they have to say.
You can measure the space where the video card is installed to see if the card will fit.

Thank you for the additional information, @Anu0512.
I am glad that the video card works. I am not certain if the BIOS has Secure Boot, but if it does, you may have to disable it to get Ultimate to install properly. The specs on the computer show Win 7 Pro, and all versions of Win 8, but no Win7 Ultimate. I am not certain why this is.

I definitely think that you should try to reinstall it. I am not certain that it will make a difference, but this is what I would do in your situation.
