HP envy curved 34-b135se
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there! This is HP Envy 34 curved all in one computer. Recently it becomes just as it appeared in the image.before this happened,it was said a single finger touched the tip of screen.basically it was a very delicate touch.is it possible enough to conclude that HP envy 34 curved all in one computer screen could be damaged with a single finger delicate touch? What is really damaged? It really the screen? The LED? And if it is the LED, could the LEDs at that exact place be replaced? And also i wanted to ask the root cause for such kind of damage. Is HP envy 34 curved all in one computer susceptible to very delicate  impact? What is the current price of the screen only? And also the current price of the computer as well? Finally,i would be pleasing if i could get the exact year of production of HP Envy 34 curved all in one computer and it's expected life span under suitable power and environmental conditions.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

It looks like there is an internal crack on the display. However, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106023.exe

Intel: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98501-99000/sp98958.exe

Nvidia: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp98001-98500/sp98345.exe

If you continue facing the issue, then boot to BIOS and check whether you can duplicate the issue in the BIOS screen.

If the issue persists, in the BIOS screen as well, then it is a hardware issue and I recommend you contacts support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

P.S: Welcome to the HP Support Community 😊
