I've tried about everything to get my pen working. I have used my pen for about 3 weeks and everything was fine until about a week ago, where it just stopped working when I was trying to use one note.
I have replaced the pen tip, replaced the battery, uninstalled drivers, reset my computer, attempted to use other pens, but nothing seems to be working on my screen. I'm not sure why it stopped working, because it was fine the entire time. I didn't know why it stopped so I attempted to try a different pen, and while this one connected with bluetooth, it still had no reaction with the screen when I tried to get it working. The pen that came with the computer doesn't have a charging outlet and just has the 2 buttons. I have searched through forums and am completely stumped.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
