Product: HP w1907 19 inch LCD Monitor

Hey, having issues my monitor comes on and says monitor status then the inputs say No input signal I have VGA connected. I've also tried connecting DVI but it's the day then and as soon as it says that is says monitor going to sleep. I dont know what else to do. Ive tried powering off leaving unplugged over night but still the same issue. Can anyone help?
