HP 23es 23-inch Display
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have an 8 year old HP 23es display. Last week, out of the blue, it stopped working.
It does not power on. The small white led next to the slot where the power cable goes in at the back lights up when powered on, but the power on/off button at the right bottom does not work.

Does anyone know how to address this issue or know any service center in Delhi region that I can send it to?

Thank you.

The sorry situation is that you are unlikely to get is serviced. Why? Because it costs so much to get monitors repaired that everyone turns down the repairs and simply buys a new monitor.  I had a Dell go out, it cost $500 to repair it, and I bought a new Samsung, with a larger screen and higher resolution, for half of that.

I guess you're right.
I tried a couple of local shops but most of them do not have monitor repair as part of their service lineup.

Might as well buy a new one. Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated!
