Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

27 in monitor less than 1 yr old. when I turn it on the screen is green and will stay the way until turned off.  I can then turn it on and it is normal. what is the problem?

I see you are experiencing screen issues with the HP Monitor. If the issue persist on different computers then it is a hardware issue on the monitor. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
