Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

None of the buttons work. It won't turn off and the only menu I can access is the color presets. However, it constantly cycles upwards and won't let me change brightness or do anything else.

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to disable the power button lockout feature.

The manual for the 23er series display

"Press and hold the Menu button on the bottom side of the front bezel for 10 seconds to disable the OSD Lockout function"

It didn't solve the problem. Whenever I click a button, the menu will show up for half a second and then the monitor changes inputs. The only thing I can access is the presets for the color.
