Having issues with my HP Envy 32" Bang & Olufsen Media Display monitor

I am having issues with the Led back-light as some of the Led are malfunctioning and it is causing a a black shadow to appear on the screen. I took it to a local shop as it is no longer under warranty and he mentioned that the Led strips have to be ordered from the manufacturer I tried to contact the local support center with no luck. The monitor is a HP Envy 32" Monitor, product#: N9C43AA, could someone help give me the type of the led strips used on this specific monitor in order for me to order the item from a third party provider.
