Hi:
The PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum hardware requirements to run W11.
Also, it is really not designed to run a full version of W11.
If you want to install W11, use the free Tiny 11 operating system.
The PC runs much better on Tiny 11 than it does on the regular version of W11.
You will need to have upgraded the PC to W10 previously and had it activated because Tiny 11 works the same as the full version of Windows and will need to be activated.

There is one driver you will need because the one that W11 installs does not work for the graphics.
You have to install the driver from the Microsoft Update catalog website:
You want the very last driver at the bottom of page 3 (9/15/2016).
After Tiny 11 installed I installed Microsoft Edge from the Microsoft Store because Tiny 11 does not come with a web browser.
Now, if you want to run the regular full version of W11 (the PC will run rather sluggish), see this discussion at the link below for how to bypass the W11 hardware check:
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
I would not recommend buying a license and product key for W11 if you have not been running W10 on your Thin Client.
