Hello!

So I purchased 2 monitors to hookup to my laptop, but I am having a lot of trouble connecting them. One of the monitors has an HDMI port & VGA, while the other has only a VGA port. My laptop has 1 HDMI port, a USB-C port, and 2 USB ports. I purchased a USB-C / VGA adapter to plug in one of the monitors but it’s not working. Please help!

What is your HP Pavilion ? Its USB-C port may not give video out at all. Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine


          https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108


Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
