Product: HP 25x 24.5'' LED FHD Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently got this as a gift, and I hooked my xbox up to the monitor, (xbox one x) and I found that I could change the refresh rate when my desktop was connected but not on the xbox, it just says "optimal mode: 60hz". Is there any way to change optimal mode to 144hz?
