Product: HP 15- bs 164tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My lap details - Edition: windows 10 pro, system type: 64 bit, version: 20H2 (OS Build19042.804. With out having the synoptic touch pad drive it was very difficult for me to work. Hoping for the best solution.

It came with  FreeDOS 2.0. You can install the latest driver for your machine  using

 

         https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/sp101991.exe
