Hi @TMking1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're referring to changing the system light color (such as the LED light on the chassis or power button) on your HP desktop, here's what you need to know:

1. Check If Your Model Supports RGB Lighting

Most HP desktops (like OMEN or Victus series) with customizable lighting use RGB LED controllers. However, standard HP Pavilion or Envy desktops typically have fixed-color LEDs (usually white, blue, or amber) that cannot be changed.

To check:

  • Look up your model on the Official HP® Support.
  • Search for terms like “RGB lighting”“OMEN Light Studio”, or “LED control”.

2. Use OMEN Light Studio (If Supported)

If your desktop supports RGB lighting:

  • Download and install OMEN Gaming Hub from the Microsoft Store.
  • Open OMEN Light Studio within the app.
  • Customize lighting zones, colors, and effects.

3. HP Enhanced Lighting (For Display Lighting Only)

If you're referring to on-screen lighting (used for webcam enhancement), HP offers HP Enhanced Lighting, which lets you adjust:

  • Brightness
  • Color temperature
  • Shape and size of the light ring

⚠️ Note: This does not control physical LED lights on the desktop chassis.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
