Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Envy All-in-one desktop PC Windows 10 64 bit. I was interviewing online but couldn't get my webcam to work. I don't know if I'm supposed to have any TouchSmart software. That's all I could find on the subject. I can pull up the camera and take pics and videos. Just need it to open for conference calls or interviews.

Does it work if you pull the webcam up manually?

Try the webcam in this version of YouCam for HP PC's.. Let me know if that works:
