Hi
how to file a complaint?
HP support and sales refuses to consider my case.
I was sent a damaged monitor.
I was travelling; even with a 3 year guarantee it seems nothing will be done to replace or fix the new screen (because I contacted HP support 30+3 days after dispatch).
I am likely never to order HP products if it ends at that point.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
