Product: HP Desktop 750-114

I'd like to get a 3rd monitor ... I can crack open the tower and add components ... but not sure how to do this.

 

I found this device, but it says it "Supports a total of 2 displays in extended mode (incl. laptop screen)" ... but I already have 2 monitors ... it also says "HDMI adapter lets you connect your laptop or desktop computer to an HDMI monitor or projector"
