Is it Nvidia RTX 2080 ti card that came with your HP Omen originally? That's been designed & built by one of the manufacturers supplying these to HP as OEM product under HP brand. Can't remember which one in my case (I think it might have been Sapphire judging by the look of it?).
Try this https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/
But I do not believe that you will get this exact information from there, however this also might be of help:

Thank you so much for your reply,
Aha, so the GPU is HP branded, good to know, as I couldn't find it anyway. Yes, I have the card that came in the case, the blower style one. I tried to benchmark my computer and it asked for the serial number for better comparison but I can't find it, not even on the physical card as I can see.
Regarding its performance, I see that the temp of the card rises directly to 85-86 degrees when my son starts playing fortnite, is this normal or I have aproblem with my card? It stays at this temp level all the time after (like a Plateau in the curve), is this normal? will this temp destroy my card? Do I need to increase fan speed or something? if yes how?
Sorry for my confusion, this is my first computer in 10 years and I have never had this level of GPU.
Thanks a lot in advance for your kind help
Regards,

Which benchmark software exactly did you use?
Also, there's an option within GPU-Z that allows you to compare this card to similar others? Can't remember from the top of my head?

Re: temperatures - I think what you witness is quite normal but I'll let others (@Grzwacz) to advise in details.

I don't remember the name, it was the first one I found on google 😬 It also said that my processor (i7 9700k) is performing less than average, I don't know why.
So you Think it is normal temp curve? I don't need to do anything?
I don't see any HP card in the list you sent? is it here under Another name?
You are greatly helpful, Thank a lot

Check this out, just found it whilst Google'ing:

I think what you witness is exactly what's expected.
