I have new hp 19.5 inches monitor and hdmi to lan extender (60m)

the monitor is recieving the signals from the extennder because it shows blue light but it cant display. The same hdmi cable and extender work for my 40 inches Smart TV.

what is the issue between the hdmi extender and the montior? The hdmi extender is 1080p but google says the monitor can support 1080p resolution

Your Smart TV may be smarter than a normal dump monitor. At the end of the day, please check your extender and using some suggestions
