@WVT111 -- welcome to this peer-to-peer discussion forum.  It is not a path to HP Support.

 

How did it fail? Was it self-inflicted damage, or did it just stop working?

 

If you purchased it within the last 12 months, contact HP Support to open a claim against the warranty.

Otherwise, I think that there are no alternative businesses that will attempt to repair -- you will need to purchase a replacement.
