Hi Everyone
I contacted Hp Support about a fault on my HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8" FHD Monitor ([Personal Information Removed]) HP EliteDisplay E243m 23.8" FHD Monitor. The sound system had suddenly stopped working and the webcam was stuck in the computer. After assessment they elected to send a replacement device since this is under warranty. Unfortunately after contacting them again for repeatedly (at least a dozen times - literally) I have Not received the device. Each contact ends in a promise to send it to me and that I will receive it in 2-3 working days. It has now been over 3 months. Any ideas about how I can take this forward and get it resolved, please? any thoughts on possible easy fixes for the faults? Thanks kindly.
