Product: Ho mini in one 24 display

I just bought hp mini in one 24 display for my new pc but I cannot connect it with my pc even thought i buy the DisplayPort adaptor to hdmi still cant working. What can i do? I want to return it but I don’t have the box 😞 can i still return it?

Your computer has

 

  • (1) HDMI 1.4b/HDCP 2.2 port
  • (1) VGA port

 

and your monitor has

           DisplayPort™ 1.2 IN Port

 

A standard HP to HDMI cable should work. You marked Problem solved. Are they OK now ?
