I just bought this: HP SPECTRE X360 14-EF0016NA CONVERTIBLE PC (74K74EA), but it is not playing videos in full screen whether on YouTube or vide Potplayer. How do I correct this?

Hi @Deedeefids,
That seems normal and some applications and videos do not display fully as it is how they are designed. It's not an issue with the unit.
However, if you still need further assistance, This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I've sent you a private message with further instructions. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
