Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am in Microsoft Word.  I have been trying to print but at some time I got into an AUDIO BOX that I don't know how to get out of .  I cannot print till that is turned off.   I am not techy, by any means.  I need lots of patience and support.

What is an audio box?   I have no idea where to find the off button or anything.
