Greetings,

I have a problem with my laptop recently, i used to draw in my laptop using the hp pen and today suddenly there is some parts in my laptop screen i cannot reach\touch them for some reason, however, while using the mouse to draw for example vertical or horizontal line in these parts i can reach but with the pen and hand touching i cant reach them.

i did all the recommended solutions such as the bios, hardware and all of these but still my problem is on going.. i do not know what to do.. please help me to fix this problem.

I hate attached some vids and screens to illustrate the problem well.. i can draw vertical lines in these spot only, however the area surrounding it i cant..
