I have an HP-500 desktop with no HDMI port I would like to use the Samsung 32" smart TV as a monitor which video card do you recommend

Hi,
Your machine has the following ports at its back
Figure : Back I/O panel
- USB 2.0: 2
- Optical S/PDIF-out port
- VGA
- DVI-D
- LAN
- USB 2.0: 2
- USB 3.0: 2
- Audio: Center/Subwoofer port (yellow orange)
- Audio: Rear Speaker Out port (black)
- Audio: Side Speaker Out port (gray)
- Audio: Line In port (light blue)
- Audio: Line Out port (lime)
- Audio: Microphone port (pink)
A simple DVI-D to HDMI cable will do the job. For example:
