Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Docking station

I have an HP USB-C G5 Essential dock that isn't identifying monitors by either the DisplayPort or HDMI port.  Dock is successfully connected to other USB-A peripheral devices (mouse, keyboard, headset), as well as ethernet connection and headphone jack.  It's only the ports for monitors that apparently aren't being identified by my computer.  Do you have instructions on resetting these connections; beyond the basic?  I've tried unplugging the dock, and everything from it, powered it down.  Plugged it back in to my computer with no peripherals at first, then connected devices one at a time.  All successfully connect except DisplayPorts or HDMI port connections.  I've even updated the firmware.  Please advise.
