HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-xa0057c

I use my old all in one with touchscreen capabilitys as a monitor, but i do not know how to have touch-screen abilities for it. I think i need drivers but i do not know where to get the touch screen drivers, if they exist. I know it is capable of it, as when i used it as an actual computer, i could use touchscreen. Now that i use it as a monitor, touch-screen doesnt work.

Hi @LilySaela,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To download the touchscreen drivers, follow these steps.

  • Visit the HP Support website: Go to the official HP website (https://support.hp.com/) and select your country or region.
  • Locate your product: Use the search function on the website to find the support page for your HP Pavilion All-In-One - 24. You can usually search by entering the model number or serial number of your device.
  • Find the drivers section: Once you are on the support page for your product, look for a section labeled "Drivers" or "Software and Drivers."
  • Choose the operating system: Select the operating system you are using on your HP Pavilion All-In-One - 24. Make sure to choose the correct version (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.).
  • Look for touchscreen drivers: In the list of drivers, you should see a category related to touchscreens or input devices. Download the appropriate touchscreen drivers for your operating system.
  • Install the drivers: After downloading the drivers, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install them on your computer.
  • Reboot your computer: Once the installation is complete, it's a good idea to restart your computer to ensure the changes take effect.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
