I purchased the HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV) Have graphic issues!

HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i does not run Unreal Engine 5, it gives a Graphic error and crashes. For a period of 3 months have not been able to solve the problem. I got a call back from technical support asking for 49 dollars to assist me in solving the problem. What!!!
