Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)

I was using my laptop, when suddenly the screen went dark with the mouse briefly appearing and disappearing on the screen. I press the power button twice or thrice then hit enter which sent the laptop to sleep I assumed. But when I turn the laptop on everything was wrong. the brightness was too bright, the brightness adjust bar (which used to be above the volume bar) disappear, I cant even find it in the setting. I tried to turn the night light on and off but nothing is changing. The laptop suddenly recommended me 150% scale (which is not the usual at 125). I tried restarting the laptop multiple times but it still does not work.

what is happening to my laptop and what should I do ?

additional notes: I got a Gaomon tablet which I used to connect to the computer for digital art but after the glitch I can't connect the device anymore.
