Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have.

A elite display E221 H P monitor and I was messing with the display settings and I press something. I don't know what it was, but when I did it. The screen moved to the right and it won't move back to the left. I tried using the clock and phase. I tried using the vertical and horizontal. I tried resetting it several times I tried resetting the display.  And now, when I try to move the display the other way the screen goes black. And then I have to Turn off the monitor and turn it back on and then the display comes back, but it's still till the right and there's a skinny strip on the top and a big fat strip on the left so I'm assuming that the display was moved to the right for some reason, I tried everything that. I know of to do and the piece the screen won't shift back to the left. Please, help me.

Use the ALT SPACE M method

Select the image or icon with the mouse or trackpad.

Hold down the ALT key and the space bar momentarily

Let go and tap the m key.

Use the  left - right - up - down keys to move the image where you want it.

Press enter to exit.

Let me know if this is not what the problem is as I am guessing.

It's not a specific image. It's the display of the screen. It has moved to the right. Because I press something on the monitor settings and it just did that and it won't let me do manual like moving of the display.  it's like the little button like to do. Manual scaling is faint. And when you scroll down it skips it, so I'm trying.  To figure out how to fix that, but it's not an image on the screen. It's the display image of the screen. It doesn't fill the whole screen. There's there's part of the bottom of it missing a lot of the right side of it missing and then there's black on the left side and on the top, so I don't know how to fix it.
