hi i purchased a curved monitor [serial number removed] Product number:1AT04AA 11/24/17 from staples in Brandon MB. in mid march the monitor stopped working monitor says input signal not found i went back to staples to see what they could do for me and was told no warr left basically buy a new monitor the monitor is only 14 mo old i tried to find some one to look at it and no luck with that i tried a reset and new cable hdmi and a master reset no luck tried it on my laptop still the same tried a different monitor on the same port to the comp, and its ok called hp for some help and was told by them i should have bought the extended warr after 3 hrs on the phone they put me on hold and that was the end of that they never got back to me very disappointed at this point loosing faith in hp i don't no if hp stands behind there products or not [case number removed]

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
