Hi,

I have been facing image retention/burn issues on my monitor. I use the monitor for office work and it is mostly connected for 8-10 hours a day. When I am working on standard Microsoft applications such as Excel or Powerpoint, even though the main content on the screen isn't static, the menu bar, toolbar, taskbar etc are static and they get imprinted on the screen, Even when I remove the HDMI connection to the laptop, I can still see the imprint, while the "No input" message displays.

 

Kindly advise on how to fix this issue. I have tried updating drivers, but nothing works. Is there anyway I can get this fixed?
