Hi everyone, I really need help with this cause I'm running out of patience
Since I replaced my old monitor with a HP Omen 25 my monitor shut down diplaying "Input signal not found ecc ecc" ONLY while I'm playing certain games(like Dying Light and Valheim), sometimes after 2 hours sometimes after 20 minutes, I've found several people with the same problems, but they all seem to get it when they turn on the PC not while using it, I've tried cleaning some parts, pulling out the cables but it's useless
What do I have to do?
Thank you in advance

@Rexoschyster -- sometimes after 2 hours sometimes after 20 minutes
My guess is that the computer's video-card is overheating, and thus stops sending video-output to the monitor, and the monitor reports the loss of the incoming signal.
The next time that you encounter the issue, without powering-off your computer, remove the side-panel, to expose the motherboard and the video-card. Very carefully, see how HOT the video-card is, by bringing one finger CLOSE to the video-card, but NOT touching it. If you can feel the heat, you have identified the issue.
If the video-card has its own fan, is that fan still spinning? Is it clogged with dust?

Ok, I can't really tell if the gpu is hot, is cold in my room so I can't tell the difference, but one of the vents is not spinning, I touched it and it started working, but only after I got the monitor dead with the usual screen
What should I do?

Hmm. Cause and effect?
If it was not spinning when the computer was first started, then your computer will be gradually heating-up, until the "thermal protection" circuits in the motherboard stop the computer, to avoid heating-up to a temperature that is "fatal" to your motherboard. So, start-up the computer, with the side-panel removed, to see if it initially spins.
Download, install, and run the free version of the SPECCY software, as soon as you start-up your computer. It will display the current temperature of the motherboard, the CPU, and the disk-drive. Record the values. Use your computer for 15 minutes, and rerun SPECCY, and compare the temperatures, to see which value has increased the most.

The ball-bearings in the fan, or the fan's motor, are "failing", causing the fan to NOT spin. Replace the fan.
