Product: Omen 27 165Hz (Z4D34AA)
Operating System: Other

Monitor is coming up with a no signal on the input. I have it plug up to my PS4 Pro with the HDMI cord, I don't know what am I doing wrong but should I be using the HDMI or convert it with a display port?

Here's the user guide with all the details on using the HDMI, Display port or the USB to connect the device to your gaming console: click here for details.

If you have any difficulties after going through the user guide as well, please check if the gaming console works with an alternate device or if the monitor works on another device to check functionality.
