Input signal out of range change settings to 1366×768-60hz message displays on my monitor that I'm using with a set top box to view TV channels how will I fix this problem please

I understand that you get a message that input signal is out of range, change settings to 1366×768-60hz on your monitor that you are using a set-top box to view TV channels.
