HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-1000i RCTO Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

I am having difficulty with video streaming.  My HP desktop is new and this problem arrived with the system right out of the box.  Any effort to stream video, either with a web browser, app video software, or an external DVD player with a DVD video will lock the system entirely within 2 minutes to 20 minutes.  Sometimes when the streaming stops and the mouse manages to survive, a pause button will allow recovery and continue.  Two or three minutes later, everything freezes  up and the only way out is a forced power off.  The only event logs created are from the forced power down.  HP Support doesn't want to hear that the PC arrived with the problem and want me to pay for special support.  Not a good plan for customer retention.  I  have stripped the PC bare and rebuilt it entirely with a clean copy of Windows 11 and most apps removed.  Diagnostics all run just fine.  Monitor changes have yielded no help.  Suggestions welcome.
