Hello
First I want to thank old-geekster for his support when I put my first post up,
Now I wish I had never purchased this HP desktop, I have an old dell OptiPlex i5 -3470 pc twice as fast as this
HP ryzen 7 5700g, my problem is it lags loading webpages it has 16 gb ram
Ran all diagnostics tried everything possible, I can be watching a video and it goes from HD to Sd then back again,
I purchased a recovery USB recommended by HP, it came from the Netherlands, but its win 10 ?
I haven't used it in case I lose win 11, HP support keep saying add a graphics card it will stop the lag, but as old- geekster
Said I only have 180 watt psu ,I am sorry for my rant but this pc is junk !
Any thoughts would be appreciated

hi
You don't need a powerful graphics card to open a web page
What matters most is your internet connection.
if you are on wifi, try wired to see if it's better
