When I turn on my fullscreeen is on I type in my password and after that about a 1/5 of my screen on the left is black Nd cutoff. Iv been having to do split screen in order to see a page full with nothing cutoff

What model HP PC are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Connect an external monitor and check if the issue persists.

 

On the PC, go to Device manager > Display adapter > Uninstall the driver

Reboot the PC so that the driver installs automatically.

 

If the issue persists, access the BIOS screen and check if the issue persists

  1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

  2. Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.

  3. Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
