HP V223ve FHD Monitor

This randomly happened, after setup my computer has been sitting on the desk and hasn't moved.  Everything was working great. Yesterday I go to boot up the computer and horizonal lines appeared on the screen. Very obvious on reds.

I have tried the following steps:

Changing cords,

Changing desktop computers,

unplugging and replugging

unplugging and rebooting

driver updates

The 'tests' diagnosis all passed.

Then i paid close attention to the startup of the monitor and noticed the LOGO and board menu's also have said lines.  This is obviously a serious hardware issue as it's showing up on the boot cycle of the monitor and in it's menus. (Not as obvious because of the greys)

I have been trying to file a warrenty claim but it just loops, or claims the product doesn't exist.. and I am unable to get in contact with support.

Hi

Yes, sorry, there are always problems with the system, especially for something other than a computer, a printer
If the monitor was purchased from somewhere other than the HP store, contact your dealer!
If not possible, come back here
