Hi,

When I start my computer up I get a first screen showing the HP logo, then the landing page with date, when I press on the space bar I would normally go to the login page, but now it appears pink with the internet symbol bottom left. From here I cannot access my account, go back or anything. The mouse arrow moves but that‘s it. I seem to only be able to turn it off and try again and again. Can someone help me figure out how to access my login again please?

I seem to have fixed the problem, by restarting and clicking on F11 repeatedly….
