Envy 27

I just did a move across the country, and it appears I've lost my Vesa mount in the move for my HP Envy 27" 4K Monitor. I'm wondering where I might be able to find a replacement? I've having a tough time sourcing one at the moment, and it would be very much appreciated if someone could help me locating one. Thanks!

@io-kyle Welcome to HP Community!

Here's the universal part number for the vesa mount of your monitor: 911361-001

You may either order the part using the HP Parts Store or simply order or on any local online store such as eBay, Amazon, etc...(for example: by searching for the above number on google).

I hope that answers your query,

This didn't work for me. There is stock in USA but not in Canada at all, and the resellers have nothing. Seems quite odd for a monitor that is still actively being sold new at major retailers. Have no idea how to proceed at this point. Apparently stock cannot be transferred from USA to Canada within HP which is very strange.

@io-kyle As I mentioned earlier, you can order it using 3rd party online stores as well, alternatively, I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options,

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,

here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
