Hi @probert68, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your LG 24MP48HQ-P monitor is showing "No Signal" when connected via HDMI to your HP Victus TG02-0055, try these steps:

Basic Checks:

Confirm Power & Connections:

  • Ensure the monitor is powered on.
  • Try a different HDMI cable.
  • Use a different HDMI port on your PC (if available).
  • Try another device (like a laptop or gaming console) to see if the monitor works.

Monitor Input Source:

  • Press the Input/Source button on the monitor and set it to HDMI.

PC-Side Troubleshooting:

Check for Display Output Issues:

  • Restart your PC and press F8 / F2 / DEL to enter BIOS. If the BIOS screen appears, the issue might be with Windows settings.
  • If the screen remains blank, try connecting to another monitor or TV to confirm if the PC is outputting a signal.

Graphics Card & Drivers:

  • If your Victus TG02-0055 has a dedicated GPU (like an NVIDIA or AMD card), ensure the HDMI is plugged into the GPU’s HDMI port (not the motherboard).
  • Boot into Safe Mode (if possible) and update/reinstall the display drivers.

Reset Display Settings:

  • Connect another display and reset the resolution to a lower setting (like 1920x1080).
  • Use Win + P to switch between display modes.

Hardware-Level Checks:

Test with Another Monitor:

  • If another monitor works fine, the LG 24MP48HQ-P may have an issue.
  • If no monitors work, the issue may be with the PC’s GPU or HDMI port.

CMOS Reset (for BIOS settings reset):

  • Turn off the PC, unplug the power, remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes, then reinstall it and turn the PC back on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
