HP M27ha FHD Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

I wanted to use my HP monitor as a display for watching shows from my Roku device, so I connect the HP monitor to the Roku device with the HDMI cable. Before that, the HP monitor Power button worked fine, and the OSD (On Screen Display) menu also displayed when buttons were pressed. However, after connecting the HP monitor to the Roku device, the buttons stopped working. When I would press the Power button or OSD menu buttons, I would get the message "On-Screen Display Menu Locked". I looked online for how to resolve this, one suggestion was to hold the buttons for 10 seconds, then release. I tried that - didn't work. I really need to resolve this issue because right now, the monitor volume is way too loud and I have no other way to reduce the volume. Please help! Thanks.

When I click on the Power button, I get "Power button locked". When I click on the other buttons, I get "OSD menu is locked".

Basically, all buttons on the bottom of the monitor are LOCKED.

What should I do?
Your reply/solution doesn't even address the situation I described to begin with.
