MPP tilt pen 2.0 pairing

Does anyone know how to actually use the MPP 2.0 tilt pen? The white light has indicated it is fully charged but I have no clue how to pair it to my pavilion.

All online resources are for an older version of the pen, the instructions which came with it were no help either.
