MacBook Pro 2019
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Up until recently my monitors have been working fine with the MacBook (via a Display link 5K dock).

I have taken my laptop to the apple store and they have done everything they can to help (it works with other monitors).

Can anyone help with this please?

The only message that is displayed is "Input signal not found" "Display going to sleep mode"

I have not changed anything and the monitors work with my other laptop

Any helps appreciated

Thanks

@Paul8t7, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Here's a few things you need to know when using an HP monitor with a Mac device:

HP monitors are not supported in a Mac environment. However, newer Macs use graphics with VESA modes and can display to most HP LCD monitors.

  • To do this, connect the monitor to the Mac while the Mac is off, and then turn on the MAC.
  • The monitor should operate at 60Hz.The INF and software for the HP monitor are for Microsoft Windows and cannot be run in a standard MAC OS environment.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
