Mi pantalla esta fallando, la parte inferior está totalmente blanca, inicia correctamente

My screen appears white, the part that shows the image looks whitish and flickering, it starts correctly and is functional but the screen seems to be running at 1 fps. I would like to know if there is a solution without having to disassemble the equipment or having to change a part. Thank you so much
