Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings, I have been facing a problem for about 3 weeks now considering Microsoft Teams. While in a videocall, many times my screen just freezes, I can't move the cursor or click anything, even the control panel doesn't show up, so I have to shut the laptop down using the power button. The thing is, I can hear everything from the call, and if my mic is activated I can also talk and be heard just perfectly. Looks like the system is working in the background but my screen won't show me a thing of that. First thought was incompatibility between graphics card and windows or even a damaged graphics card but everything else in my computer including games (not very light ones) is running perfectly. I tried upgrading windows, reinstalling Teams, checking for updates in the graphics card, but the problem persists. Next solution is system format, but I'm trying to avoid it. Any ideas about what might be wrong?

Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display when using Teams.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp106001-106500/sp106084.exe

AMD: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp107001-107500/sp107276.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
