Hello I have bought a used monitor and I noticed that some buttons on the back of the menu do not work. But it says that "I" has a 1 year guarantee but I can use it even though I do not have a receipt and that I bought it used. It is also stated that the end date for Standard warranty is 2019-02-09, but Care Package is 2020-02-09. Can i return it and get the buttons behind the monitor fixed or is it not possible?
