Product: ZR22W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I switched off my PC from main power (plugged off the wall) when I was not at home. When I turned on the PC again, the monitor HP ZR22W is not powering on. I've checked there was electrical current running as i 've tried all the USB ports on it. When i flicked the back switch on, the LED at the power button at front just flashed white colour (one time), instead of steady blue.
I noticed I only experience this if i switched off the main power as i have in the past. By luck I managed to get it powered on again. But this time, I am close to give up and get another monitor. Please help.
